Gallagher Re has strengthened its Dubai team by appointing Eleena Lewis as senior broker for global facultative property in its Dubai International Financial Centre office. The move comes as Dubai’s insurance and reinsurance market grows, with gross written premiums rising and more firms choosing the DIFC as a base. Lewis brings more than eight years of local experience in reinsurance to the role. The hire shows Gallagher Re’s commitment to expanding its services in the region and supporting clients across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia as demand for specialised coverage increases.
