Dubai Municipality has launched a **global challenge** to build the world’s first villa constructed entirely by robotic systems, pushing construction tech into real-world use. The project will bring together more than 25 technology companies and research groups from around the world. It is being led with partners like Zacua Ventures and the Würth Group and was announced at the new **04 ConTech Valley** centre in Expo City Dubai. The move aims to open new ways of building faster, more sustainable homes and position Dubai as a test ground for advanced construction technologies in the global housing market.
